128th ARWGeneral Mitchell International Airport/Air National Guard – is a civil-military airport 5 miles (8 km) south of downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The airport also hosts the General Mitchell ANG Base on the eastern area of the airport, home to the 128th Air Refueling Wing (128 ARW), an Air Mobility Command (AMC)- gained unit of the Wisconsin Air National Guard flying the KC-135R Stratotanker. It is named after US Army Air Service General Billy Mitchell, who was raised in Milwaukee.

    How do I get info on Space Available flights from Florida to Wisconsin. I know you can’t post schedules but what is my best bet location to catch MAC flight to Wisconsin from Florida and vice versa. We are retired military trying to get to La Crosse WI to visit Army son

      Well it’s very doubtful you will be able to find too many flights going to Wisconsin (Milwaukee). I’d suggest checking this link: http://www.msatfdd.com/Viewer.html and find where each base in FL (or nearby State) flies, call some passenger terminals (I have the phone #’s for most or maybe all on the site) and make a determination from that information. If you can’t find a flight to Wisconsin, you should be able to get close.
