Suggest avoiding “Golden Week”, basically the first week of May.  Everyone in Japan has a vacation. Lines longer than normal. 

Space-A Sign Up:
In person (walk-in): All outbound (departing) travelers are required to sign up in-person.  Travelers will provide the NAF Atsugi Transportation Branch, Dispatch Office representative with a valid DoD-issued Identification or CAC card and Shuttle Reservation Request (BSVE Form 2).  Footnote:  Signing up does not guarantee seating on the shuttle bus.
Note 8:  Telephone reservations are not accepted.
