I have found out that this location no longer has Space A. However the information provided here is still good for the local area in case you do visit around there.
Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove was a Naval Air Station owned by the U.S. Navy and located in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, United States four miles (6 km) northwest of the central business district of Willow Grove, which is north of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The installation was transferred to the Pennsylvania Air National Guard and the name changed to the Horsham Air Guard Station after the U.S. Navy departed in 2011. Flight activity began here in 1926 when Harold Frederick Pitcairn constructed a hangar and a grass airstrip in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The name “Willow Grove” came from the nearest town. At the time, Horsham was a rural township with little significance.

From the Philadelphia Airport:
Head southwest on ramp to I-95 North. Follow signs to stay on I-95 North for 22.2 Miles. Exit I-95 North at HWY 63 (Woodhaven Road) and go west for 3.5 miles. Exit HWY 63 (Woodhaven Road) onto US 1 North for 2.5 miles. Exit right onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276). Travel WEST for 8.0 miles to Exit 27 (HWY 611 – Easton Road – Doylestown). Continue NORTH on HWY 611 (toward Doylestown) for approximately 3 miles. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove is on the left. Use main gate entrance just south of the County Line Road intersection. Alternate directions from airport: (fewer turns) Take I-95 South to I-476 North.
From South Jersey and Pennsylvania Northeast:
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 27 (HWY 611 – Easton Road – Doylestown). Continue NORTH on HWY 611 (toward Doylestown) for approximately 3 miles. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove is on the left. Use main gate entrance just south of the County Line Road intersection.
From Delaware and South:
Take I-95 north to I-476 North. Exit onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) East. Travel East to Exit 27 (HWY 611 -Easton Road – Doylestown). Continue NORTH on HWY 611 (toward Doylestown) for approximately 3 miles. Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Willow Grove is on the left. Use main gate entrance just south of the County Line Road intersection.
