Grand Forks Air Force Base – is a USAF installation in NE North Dakota, located north of Emerado and 16 miles (26 km) west of Grand Forks. In the 2010 census, the base was counted as a CDP with a total population of 2,367, down from 4,832 in 2000. Opened 58 years ago in early 1957, the base’s current host unit is the 319th Air Base Wing (319 ABW) assigned to the Expeditionary Center of the Air Mobility Command (AMC). It established on 1 December 1955. It was occupied for use on 28 January 1957, and was named after the neighboring city of Grand Forks.

could not find South Dakota. They have a AFB.
Well they do have Ellsworth AFB there, but to the best of my knowledge they do not have a Space A program and this site is for Space A travel. Do you know of a Space A program at Ellsworth?
